I founded Confluence Medical Group on the principles of superior customer service, complete transparency, and with the mindset that CMG’s entire team serves along side our health care providers. After working locum tenens for many years, I came to the realization that locums organizations often undercompensate the provider for their time. In an effort to reset the industry standard, CMG continues to minimize overhead costs so we can maximize the pay rates for providers. With slimmer profit margins, CMG reduces costs for our Clients while also capturing the best quality candidates to close health care gaps in many communities. These efforts not only work to maximize health care availability but also the safety of the patients that need it!
