Chris Harris

Following 21 years of military service and having experience leading people and organizations in both Inpatient and Outpatient environments, as well as multiple Level 1 Trauma facilities, Chris joined CMG in 2023. Chris is a service-oriented leader and values CMG’s culture of “Connect. Collaborate. Care.” With a background in LEAN/Six Sigma methodology, Chris’ goal is to provide consistent and high-quality outcomes to maximize efficiency, leading to enhanced trust and loyalty among clients, providers and staff.
